Turn key spray rigs

Spray rig built with customer supplied truck. The truck was an older rental truck we outfitted with a Curtis 7.5HP air compressor, 45KW Cummins diesel generator, hydraulic spray unit, diaphragm feed pumps and more. An insulated enclosure surrounds the generator compartment.

On site installation and training

Dan McDonough(black ball cap) explains the operation and maintenance schedule for the Microtherm VR™ during installation. The Microtherm VR™ is a variable ratio plural component casting machine being used to manufacture duck decoys in a roto-molding process.
