Introducing the Revolution R Series... 

The RG2000 is recommended for spraying foam while the higher pressure RP3000 can apply polyurethane foam and polyurea coatings.

 

Both models feature German built Beinlich pumps equipped with triple lip seals and remote lube reservoirs.

Several options including flow meters, ratio alarm, material or flush tanks and more.

The RG-2000's external spur gear pumps mounted with 2:1 gear reduction. This slower turning pump reduces wear and provides additional torque for today's higher viscosity materials. Large basket filters keep debris out and make servicing a snap.

The radial pump pictured above is fitted with 5 internal pistons. The design is similar to a radial engine found on some aircraft.

 

These pumps are typically used on very high end polyurethane RIM machines and can develop pressures over 6000 PSI!

Unlike reciprocating pumps that stop at the top and bottom of each stroke our rotary design provides a smooth continuous flow.
